As a company, we do not conduct any investigations and we do not control or supervise the profiles published on our platform. We neither act as representatives of the advertisers nor do we provide escort or companionship services ourselves. We do not forward personal messages and we do not have any additional contact details beyond those stated in each individual profile. For further information, please contact the relevant advertisers directly using the contact details provided.

EUROSEX operates a platform that is accessible in Switzerland and is intended exclusively for users who reside in or are present in Switzerland.

EUROSEX only allows adult individuals to offer their time and companionship to other adult individuals. We endorse Article 23 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.” It is a fundamental human right to choose one’s occupation freely. We also take the view that no one should be compelled to work and we support organisations working against human trafficking.

EUROSEX does not benefit in any way from transactions between advertisers and users and does not participate in negotiating them. We sell advertising services to advertisers only. Decisions made by advertisers and users when using this platform are solely their own responsibility. To the extent permitted under Swiss law, EUROSEX assumes no liability for consequences arising from those decisions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your state of residence or stay.

These “General Terms and Conditions” may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be informed of material changes by email. Unregistered users are advised to review these terms on each visit if they wish to stay informed about their rights or our current policies.

Definitions

i) EUROSEX: a platform on which independent individuals and agencies may publish information about themselves as well as the services (the “Services”) they offer, so that users may view such information and request further details.

ii) “Services”: time spent together by two consenting adults, for which one party may receive a gift or a financial donation, or not.

iii) “Advertising”: advertising space made available to individuals and agencies (together, “Advertisers”) for the promotion of their Services. EUROSEX provides no other services, does not act as an intermediary, and carries out no other activities.

iv) “Agency”: any natural or legal person placing Advertising on behalf of third parties.

Privacy Policy

EUROSEX acts as the data controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG). In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG), EUROSEX processes personal data lawfully, proportionately and for specified purposes. The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies only to the extent that it may be required on a subsidiary basis.

a) We do not sell or share personal data with commercial third parties.

b) An email address is required for registered users and is used exclusively for communications from this platform.

c) We collect personal data in various ways, in particular through forms on the website. This data is used exclusively to communicate with you.

d) Personal data is used solely for support, technical, billing, or other interactions requested by you.

e) We apply industry-standard security measures to protect systems and data. For example, HTTPS was implemented as early as 2013 and ongoing review and control mechanisms are in place.

f) We use technical cookies and, where applicable, anonymised audience-measurement cookies.

For all users

a) EUROSEX does not assess the legal permissibility or appropriateness of advertising content in every jurisdiction from which the platform can be accessed. It is your responsibility to ensure that local laws in your state of residence or stay permit access, interaction, or the placement of Advertising.

b) Use of this website is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years old or who have reached the legal minimum age under Swiss law or the law of the accessing state; the higher age applies.

c) Although EUROSEX endeavours to maintain certain controls regarding the nature of listings, no warranty is provided as to their accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, EUROSEX assumes no liability for actions or decisions that users take based on viewing a listing on EUROSEX.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide our users with a satisfactory service and have therefore introduced a special refund policy. Refund requests may be submitted within 72 hours after purchase. A refund will be issued only in credibly substantiated cases of fraud, unauthorised transactions, or for other reasons we consider appropriate.

For all advertisers

a) Any activity that violates these General Terms and Conditions may lead to immediate removal of the Advertising. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining term.

b) You warrant that all statements and images are a truthful representation of the services offered and do not violate any local laws.

c) You undertake not to publish information about any person who has not given their express consent.

d) No person depicted in the Advertising is under 18 years of age or below the legal minimum age in their state of residence.

e) All persons depicted act voluntarily and without any form of coercion.

f) It is prohibited to contact or interfere with other advertisers via internal messages, reviews, or forums.

g) It is prohibited to engage third parties to create false reviews, comments, or discussions.

h) After purchasing credits, refunds are excluded. Credits once applied cannot be reversed. Deleted listings automatically lose any remaining premium or featured time.

i) EUROSEX provides no assurance regarding the effectiveness or success of advertising.

j) EUROSEX’s liability towards advertisers is limited to the proper provision of the Advertising and, in the event of non-performance, shall not exceed the price of the Advertising not provided.

k) You indemnify EUROSEX against all claims asserted against EUROSEX as a result of your Advertising.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the Canton of Zurich (Switzerland).
